Facilitation

“Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that’s creativity.”

Charles Mingus

Facilitating different events so that the team or the target group involved to achieve an outcome as easy as possible.

Facilitation includes:

  • Workshops
  • Trainings
  • Focus Groups
  • Meetings
  • Seminars
  • Conferences (keynote address, lunch & dinner speaking, etc.)

Objectives, expectations, needs and outcomes of any event can be pre- determined. My role then is to facilitate the envisaged objectives and outcomes, to ensure that all voices are equally heard, to stay on track with event’s agenda and timekeeping, to ensure neutrality to the process and all parties.

All my presentations and interventions are inspiring, personalized, original, inside or outside the rules that I know very well. For one to think outside the box, one has to know first the box and all its corners.
